The Institute's World Voice Day Program on Voice Health for Actors Now Available Online

The Actors' Equity Foundation hosted the Sean Parker Insttitute's World Voice Day seminar "The Actor's Voice: Voice Health for Stage, Screen & Everything In-Between!" on April 17 to a capacity attendance. In addition to the program, which featured segments on the anatomy of voice production, age-related changes, and tips on when to seek help and how to prepare for a visit to evaluate the voice, the audience was treated to a masterclass with The Juilliard School's Deb Hecht, noted voice and dialect coach. Afterwards 48 actors received free vocal fold examinations at the Institute.

For those not able to attend, the course content, inlcuding the masterclass, are available online at https://weillcornell.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8C8ZQf7eb8MfN2Z
