The Parker Institute, in conjunction with Weill Cornell’s Center for the Performing Artist, will present a course devoted to examination of vocal injuries in performers, on July 6, 2016 in New York City. New data concerning injury and treatment, much of it from the Parker Institute’s own investigations, will be presented, as well as perspectives from voice trainers and performers themselves. The course precedes the Performing Arts Medicine Association’s annual meeting, which also takes place on campus at Weill Cornell.
