On Wednesday, April 17, 2019, The Sean Parker Institute for the Voice and the Actors' Equity Foundation will offer a free three-hour program on vocal health for actors of all types. Noted vocal coach and Julliard faculty member Deb Hecht is the featured guest, and will lead an hour long workshop with Institute staff. This will be preceded by a wide ranging set of talks covering vocal hygeine and preventive health, voice changes over the actor's lifespan, and signs and symptoms that should raise concern by the Institute Faculty. This program will take place at the Actors' Equity Building 165 West 46th Street, and will be followed by free voice screenings at the Institute, 240 East 59th Street.
